I've updated the notification system to email the user when a comment has been posted on their photo or video.

I've been testing a better upload image process on our development site. It shows upload progress and a preview of the image after being uploaded. Look for it to be implemented soon!

Updated some of the code. Now email notifications are working. Currently on for everyone. Adding to settings in the coming week.
